Founded by Jodhi Meares, THE UPSIDE was conceived whilst she spent time between NYC, Hawaii and Sydney. Whilst deepening her yoga practice, Jodhi was witnessing the powerful infancy of the athleisure movement, that was taking over studios in a global sweep.
